Locked out of my account

Due to me changing my password to many times and logging into my at&t account with a forgotten password it has locked up my account and I nees to knlw what to do!

You will receive an account lock after multiple failed attempts to sign in. It can be locked anywhere from 1 hour to many hours depending on the attempt. Once this time passes, the lock will be removed. If you are still having this issue, please use this link for more support.
