Thank you for reaching out on the Community Forums. I can understand how bothersome it is to have an error continually pop up. I would be happy to help!
First step is to do a soft reset. This will not clear any information on your phone and helps to refresh the connections. With the LG V10 you just need to pull the battery out. Please start with the phone completely off, remove the battery and wait about 20 seconds before putting it back and turning it on.
If the issue persists the next step is to clear the Cache partition. Please go to Settings > Storage & USB > Internal storage > Cached data > Yes. This may take a few moments to clear completely. This will only clear out temporarily saved data and will not remove any personal information.
