LG3 update gives error code 0x1125000

I haven't been able to update my phone since 4/29/16. I still randomly get reminders to update and still nothing. I also receive Google is forced to close messages that generally come in patterns of 2 while I'm on the internet (Google search)
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Hey @cnickmo812,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues updating your device. We know how important it is to you that your device be updated with the latest and greatest software and security enhancements. I can definitely help you get this update from “Failed” to “Installed” in no time.

Most software updates fail due to insufficient storage space on the device. You can remedy this by deleting any unused apps, pictures, videos, music or games. Another way you free up space on your device is by clearing the cache on your device. You can complete this step by going to Settings >System > Storage > Cached data. Selecting Cached data will open up a pop-up that will confirm whether or not you want to delete the cache partition. This will not delete any saved information on your device and you will not lose any saved information.

If you have freed up space on your device and are still unable to install the update you may need to perform a factory reset. This will delete all the information on your device so we recommend performing a backup of your device before completing this step. You can find the steps required to complete the factory reset directly from our Device Support page.

Let us know how it goes, if you are still unable to complete the update we may need to assist in pushing the update out manually to you!

Same problem here, and I've tried the same things.  Any news, AT&T, or should I just trade it in at Verizon?
