Re: LG v30 update problem

Dear  AT&T

As of today 15 August 2019, my  model has yet to receive android update pie 9.0

this is very frustrating now, been waiting for so long with this update. Everyday i check on google

for updates some LG V30 other versions are updated already.

This is a lesson for me and last time to buy at&t device especially ,consumers concern and android updates are not prioritize

this network carrier only cares about selling and profit.

How about AT&T H931 model? Administrator can you please answer this thanks

Re: LG v30 update problem

Although android pie 9.0 has been rolled out for LG V30, however our AT&T model "H931" isn't supported yet. Only models for European countries (H930) are being updated at the time. Also it isn't the network carrier's fault even though they have the package to update the phone, it needs the clearance of LG to roll them out to the customers.

Here is a link indicating that we are still on Oreo 8.0 (click on previous updates)

Here is a link indicating that Pie 9.0 will start rolling out in the US starting with G7 (Newer devices will get it first)
