Thank you for reaching out to us on the Community Forums! Having a display constantly flicker can be very bothersome. I can definitely help you with this!

Unfortunately, we don’t have a method for you to reflash your software. I highly recommend visiting our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Select your make and model, and then issue. This will provide personalized troubleshooting to help fix your device.

A last resort would be trying a factory reset. This will revert your phone back to default, and should force it to behave properly. Please backup your information prior to the reset, as this does wipe your device! To do this, please visit our Device Support page. Select your make and model > Tutorials > Backup & Restore. You can also find the reset instructions in here under Tutorials > Troubleshooting > Reset Device.

Hello again, that method is not working ... I will try and my phone does not work. Please, I need your help. In my country it is very difficult to find this kind of thing ... I am from Venezuela. Please I have tried everything and I need my phone for work. Things in Venezuela are very horrible and I need to communicate with my family which is in another country.

AT&T LG phones supports firmware update via FOTA only, It means you can not get free kdz firmware with MEI query method;

Go xda forum, ask some phone who owns a working K371 to dump firmware or use a z3x box to dump firmware from a working K371 MODEL
