LG Optimus G Pro stopped receivibg texts for no reason.

Took phone into ATT this morning. Told them the issues I was having. Gentleman took sim card out and put into another phone and the other phone began getting all my missing texts. That told him that it was the phone, not the sim card or ATT. He suggested plugging phone in and backing it up and restoring it to original settings. Walked out the door and all of a sudden it began receiving texts again. So who knows what was wrong, but its working.
