LG Optimus G Pro Bluetooth crashing

I've got an LG Optimus G Pro and I've got a Polaroid PBT618 Bluetooth speaker but every time I search for devices to connect to the speaker my Bluetooth crashes. My phone connects fine to other Bluetooth devices and the speaker will connect fine to my old phone but it causes this phones Bluetooth to crash. I've tried everything I can find to fix it. I've tried using Bluetooth crash fix apps I've tried restarting I've tried resetting I've tried clearing the Bluetooth cache and data and nothing fixes it if anyone knows how to fix this I would really aprecciate it

Hey @AnnoyedLGuser,

I completely understand your concerns on this issue regarding your Bluetooth connection. These days, we can utilize our connectivity in so many ways. I would be delighted to help you further on this problem.

What I would suggest first is clearing the cache partition on your device. This will not erase any of your data. To complete this please follow these steps.

  1. From the home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Select the General tab.
  4. Tap Storage
  5. Wait for menu options to finish calculating
  6. Tap Cached Data, then tap OK

After, please delete all Bluetooth connections. This entails removing all the saved Bluetooth devices you have on your phone. Once finished reboot your phone by powering your device off and back on. Once you restart the phone, try once more to connect your Bluetooth speaker.

If you run into any additional problems, I would recommend running your phone through our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool online. Select your make and model phone to get started.

I hope this is found to be helpful. Have an excellent rest of your week.
