LG G4

Please help my Lg g4 shut off on me this morning and I can’t get it to turn back on it gets stuck on Lg start up screen I can’t even get into device recovery mode please help I hate not having a way to call someone especially if there is an emergency thanks in advance!!!!!!!!

Hi, @Jnicar40,

Let's see if we can't get you past the LG logo screen. If you haven't yet, press and hold the Power button, then tap Restart>OK. If that doesn't work, or you're not provided that option, you may need to perform a factory reset. If so, follow these steps:

With the device powered off, press and hold the Volume down and the Power keys together.
Release the Power key when you see the LG logo, then immediately press and hold the Power key again. Continue to hold the Volume down button during this process.
Release both keys when you see Factory data reset at the top of the screen.
Press the Volume down key until Yes is highlighted, then press the Power key.

A factory reset will cause you to lose anything placed on the device, data, apps, since you bought it. If a factory reset doesn't help, you may need to look into replacing it.Let us know if this helps.
