Hello @Gedelstone.
While there is no way to disable or restrict the browser on the LG Xpression, if you are a postpaid customer you can use our Smart Limits app to restrict the data usage on a selected smartphone. Let us know if you have questions about how Smart Limits works. Thanks for reaching out to us on Forums!
