Keypad slow
My keypad works very hard. Difficult to type. Tried complete reset through bios. May have helped a little. Samsung galaxy S6.

Hello @DanASr,
I can understand how bothersome it is when your keyboard isn’t working as it should. I would be happy to help you with this today.
The first step is to use our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. Make sure to select your phone’s correct make and model to get started. For the issue choose Keypad. Follow all the troubleshooting steps.
If this still does not work and the phone is not rooted please try a Factory reset and then using the phone without restoring the backup right away. You can find information on how to backup and reset your device on our Device Support page. Make sure Samsung Galaxy S6 is still selected and choose Tutorials > Backup & Reset.
Please also make sure the software is up to date. You can find information on your phone’s available software on the Device Support page towards the bottom.
