I have AT&T ZTE Trek K88 my email in the trash after clearing keeps coming back to my inbox

Hello @Marysol6614!

 

There could be several reasons as to why you are not able to completely clear your email inbox on the tablet. I would like to help you in resolving this matter!

 

You may need to remove the email account from your settings, and then re-add the account as a new setup. You can learn how to do this by accessing your Email > Menu icon, then tap Settings > scroll down to remove account and tap Remove Account. When you re-add the account, you will setup as new.

 

To learn how to re-setup the account, please visit our Device Support Tool. Select your make and model tablet > View all Solutions > Set up personal email. I would also attempt powering the device off and back on as well. By rebooting the tablet, this assists the device to refresh its system.

 

You may also need to go online to login to your email. This way you can try deleting the unwanted email messages from your inbox.
