Why do i deal with an American when i sign up for your service and the deal with an overseas call center when i have questions about my service? Do not speak english properly. Spend hours of my time resolving simple issues so that a large corporate conglomerate can save a few bucks. I work hard for my money. if i make a business deal with an American company i dont appreciate being outsourced overseas afterward. Signed hardworking concerned American.

Re: I Changed my at& t. Mobile #

Now as for who you are talking to at AT&T, as a former employee who worked in one of those many call centers, I can tell you that many of them are right here in the USA. The one I worked in was located just outside of Tulsa, OK. There are other call centers here too. Don't go bashing something you don't know everything about. AT&T has many US employees but it also has call centers in other countries.
