My Huawei XT Ascend (H1611) is on B160 & AT&T update shows an update is available. I choose "Continue Update" & a few minutes later I get the message "A new update for your device is available. Your device will automatically retry the download."
I have try getting this update about 15 times in the last 4 days. I have removed all apps possible (5.21GB available), clear cache, reset phone. I am connected to 25MB/s internet wireless & good AT&T signal. Can you tell me what the problem is?

The solution did not work (surprise, surprise) since I have already tried that! I went to an AT&T store today & they have no clue what to do, but agreed that there are 2 updates for the phone, B170 & B180. But even at the AT&T store connected to AT&T wifi with 5 bar cell service & factory reset (7.52GB space) the update fails. I guess this is the way AT&T gets people to buy new phones!
