Howcan i unlock my lg phoenix 3

I buy a at&t go phone lg phoenix 3 at walmart and i try to unlock but it said that the unit is not a at&t provided this my IMEI of my phone ######## lease help me to unlock

Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand the importance of getting your device unlocked, and I would be happy to assist you with this.

For the device to be eligible as unlocked it must meet the following requirements.

Device requirements for ALL requests

Be designed for use on, and locked to, the AT&T network.
Not be reported lost or stolen
Not be involved with fraudulent activity
Have all service commitments and installment plans completed and all early termination fees paid in full
Not currently be active on a different AT&T customer's account

Prepaid / GoPhone accounts

Your device must have been active for at least 6 months of paid service.
Currently marked as Sold in our system

Non-AT&T mobility customers

If you've never had an AT&T wireless account, be sure your request meets all the device requirements shown above.

Only when the above requirements are met, will the phone be eligible to be unlocked. If you believe you do meet the requirements, please try the request again using a browser other than Internet Explorer.
