Request as a non customer. https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/#/ kik apk
If the phone was not paid off it cannot be unlocked.
If it was blacklisted as lost it cannot be used and will not be unlocked

Hi!
It turns out that AT&T official instructions for unlocking Samsung Galaxy J3 are not correct, or were not updated for mine J320. They say enter some code (starting with * and which includes unlock code) and that didn't work for me. But instructions for Galaxy Sx worked fine. I mean insert SIM card from the other operator and enter unlock code when it is requested

I need a network unlock code so I can use my straight talk sims card in my Samsung galaxy j327. Phone is paid off and not black listed. Ask for network code I need help please
