How do I download a Ringback tone on my pantech Discover

please help, ive been tryin for a couple of hours to get a ringback tone on my new pantech discover and it tells me to set a primary number, but my number is the primary

Mine is doing the same thing. I even called at&T and they made my pantech Discover the primary and it still says to set it as the primary. It's very aggravating. I mean we should be able to get the ringback if we're paying for it.
