Hello @Melissa1966,
A PIN lock usually refers to the SIM card. Please remove the SIM card and see if it gives you the same message.
If the message does not come up with the SIM card removed from the device, the problem is the card.
If the card came with the device, you will have to visit an AT&T store and purchase a new SIM card. Please visit our store locator to find a store near you.
If this is your AT&T SIM card we might have to get you a PUK code. In order for me to provide this code I would need to speak to you in more secure and private setting. If you check your forums inbox you will find a private message from me. Please respond to this message with the requested information, so I can reach out to you.
Thank you for using the Community Forums, and have a spectacular weekend.

Ok there is no card in it and the code I'm referring to is the code like how you would put your own lock code as in pattern or numbers well it's either numbers or letters cause the key pad comes up

The only way is to erase the phone, after that you would have to log into the Gmail account on the phone.

Hello @Melissa1966,
Since we ruled out the PUK code, the next thing we can try is what is called a hard key reset.
“Kyocera C6745, Hard Key Reset instructions”.
If the above fails to resolve the matter you would need to go back to the point of sale or contact Kyocera.
Thank you for utilizing the Community Forums, and enjoy the rest of your week.
