Have not received Jelly Bean update even though it has already been pushed .....
I have a Pantech Flex and the over air Jelly Bean update was pushed out by ATT in late June. I have been waiting for the message on my phone to update but have not received it. I have also, in settings, almost every day 'checked for update' and each time it says 'your software is up to date'. Is there anything I can do to get this update? Thanks in advance for any help!

Pantech Flex (P8010). I have a current and active accoutn with ATT and SIM card. Everything is working fine, just no update.

Same issue here. Unable to get my Pantech Flex to update to Jelly Bean.
Using the ATT Software Update it just says "server unavailable", and then it just says "your phone is latest" for the next 24 hours which we all know is not the truth.
