HTC One not Sharing Internet
Friends,
I have a HTC One without contract from AT & T. I bought when I spent a few months in the USA.
Gonna take a trip to Europe, and I noticed that I can not share my internet as it appears to me a message like "call 611 or go to att.com site".
How can I solve this?
(I live em Brazil)

Hello, I am able to unlock, but asks SSN and Wirelles Number, data that do not own because I am not a resident and have never had an account with At & t.
How to proceed?

If the eligibility requirements are not met, the device will not be unlocked. It may be easier to purchase an unlocked version of the device from a reputable third party.
