HTC One M9 AT&T supported GSM Band Frequencies

Question

Hello.I have purchased HTC One M9 that is branded with AT&T. The seller says the phone supports following 4G LTE bands: 1,3,5,7,8,20,28Can someone provide me with information which LTE bands are supported by HTC One M9 AT&T because i think he is lying, as im unable to connect with band 1 or band 20.Thanks.
