Welcome to the Community Forums! I understand there is something not right about your SD card slot. I would be happy to assist you with this.
If you disassemble you phone, the warrant becomes void. I am not able to advise you to do this. What I can do is provide you with the link to the Alcatel Contact Us page for your next steps in regards to the SD card hold. Alcatel would be able to advise you on how to fix this issue.
