HELP UPGRADING MY SKYROCKET GINGERBREAD
Hi,
I am in Jamaica. I have an ATT Samsung Galaxy Skyrocket S2 (GINGERBREAD.UCKJ2 Android Version 2.3.5) and need to upgrade to the 4.12 Android. Each time the firmware downloads the program bombs out... I need help please! the phone keeps dropping the network multiple times in a day. Thanks!

Hi, good afternoon Jamaica. I can definitely help you with that. My guess from what I read is that you are trying to do the update over the air while being connected to Wi-Fi, have you tried upgrading your software by using Samsung Kies Air?
