Going on a month of not being able to send or receive text messages

Samsung Galaxy S9+ and Note 8

 

The two android devices on our account can't send or receive messages. The two previous tickets that were opened were closed as unresolved. Since the. Two ICU tickets were opened which I was told was the highest priority level. I have spent countless hours on the phone and at the store with no resolution. I told the AT&T rep that they need to swap us to an iphone because I can't go on not receiving important messages from my mother who is very sick. I have missed meetings at work due to this issue of not receiving text messages and have missed very important messages because the person sending them doesn't k ow they aren't coming through. I am going to move my service if AT&T continues to tell me I have to allow time (it's been a month)  I am sure they wouldn't feel this way about receiving my payment.
