Galaxy tab s2
Forgot password locked out and at&t want money to help. Been customer 5yrs spend over 100 a month plus have direct TV. At&t will not help unless I pay they said we can send signal for money. Anyone help? Tried almost everything .

AT&T would not charge you to help with a forgotten password or resend signals to your device. I do apologize for wherever you received this information. If you forgot the password to get into your device, our Device Support page has a guide to help with some available options. Once you make sure you have your specific device chosen, you will go to Tutorials > Security > Reset Pattern Lock.
If the above option is not able to help resolve your issue, we may need to look into factory resetting the device. This can also be found on our Device Support page under Tutorials > Troubleshooting > Reset. This will remove all information from the device. Afterwards, you should be able to access the device as if you recently purchased it.
