Galaxy note 5 software update
I bought my phone on amazon and is branded at&t im trying to update my software form 6.0 to 7.0 how can i do it? Because when i try to check for updates it says that, there is no update available but i know people who has it alredy so please can you help me with this

Are you using ATT for service? ATT phones only update OTA which requires using ATT for service.

actually in portugal? And I'm trying to get my samsung pay linked to my
paypal account and for that i need the 7.0 android update.
If i go to the US directly to a at&t store they can fix it? Or if i
connect an at&t sim card and i connect it here. Will it work?

Nope. Can’t be fixed. You should have purchased an unlocked version. Samsung locks the boot loader and only delivers updates to ATT.
