I updated my Samsung Galaxy S7 to the At&t Oreo OS. Now my home button is not responding. Sometimes I have to press it like 20 times to get it to respond (It is not a hardware issue, because it sometimes responds on the first try). Any ways to fix it, or go back to old OS?

Hi there @maveledo,
Welcome to the Community Forums! Thank you for reaching out with your software concerns. I will be more than happy to point you in the right direction. When an update causes issues after being installed, there is a chance something went wrong with the install. I recommend performing a full factory data reset on the device and reinstall it. Here is an article for step – by – step instructions on how to complete this process.
I hope this helps. If you have additional questions, please feel free to reach back out to us. Take care and have a great day!
