Galaxy S4, sometimes won't open picture texts!!!! Help!!
My wife and I both have Galaxy S4 phones, our daughter will send picture texts ( mms ) to both of us, sometimes my wifes phone upon downloading will appear a gray square with a red triangle witha white exclamation point inside. The same picture will download on my phone. I have tried to resend the picture that I have received, and opened, but the same thing happens.
I have shut the phone off, removed the battery etc. but nothing seems to help. It does not happen every time, although the picture in question refuses to work no matter what phone it is sent from.
Sze of picture is 245mb.

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear your device is having trouble receiving a particular image. It sounds like you've done quite a bit of troubleshooting. Have you checked to make sure your MMS settings were correct? What about any available software updates? galaxy s4 is junk. I had the same problem and was sent a replacement. Now received a second defective device...phone auto rotation is not working. Awaiting a second piece of junk to arrive.

My phone does the same thing. And so did my S4 that I had before this one. It's so annoying! Did you ever get the issue resolved? How do I fix it!?
