Galaxy S4 - 4.3 Update

One again another failed attempt to download the update

This having to wait another 24hrs every time is getting super old as well and tired of changing dates to try again.

Problem seems to be with the s4

Having problems getting it? Or problems after having updated to 4.3?

Also did anyone reply/message the Att specialist Julie from earlier in the thread?
I did and just a little concerned now that it wasn't real having provided some of the information asked for as no one has answered.

I am also having issues getting 4.3 The download keeps stopping. Any suggestions?
