I have been unable to upgrade my Galaxy S III to Jelly Bean and have been told by Samsung that I missed an update from AT&T that went out OTA in September. I just bought this phone two weeks ago. When I check for updates, it says my "Current software is up to date."
I have baseband version I747UCLG1. Apparently I'm supposed to have: I747UCLH9. Please advise!

Have you downloaded the Kies software or are you checking for the update on your phone?

I downloaded the kies software. It changes nothing. According to the articles I've read online, the OTA was pushed on 9/19/12 by AT&T. I find nothing on kies regarding this upgrade.
