Galaxy Note 5 Repeated Crashing; Stuck On Startup Screen
I have a galaxy note 5, and recently it started crashing. it crashed 2 times yesterday, fully shutting down but auto restarting. I thought the issue might be due to overheating, due to warm weather and I have a black case on it, but today it crashed, turned back on and immediately, upon reboot, crashed again, and now is stuck on the at&t logo on the startup screen.
i can not get the boot screen for factory resetting to appear, nor can i force it to turn off. i believe most recent system update, which i am using, was the nougat update. I know people have had similar issues with the marshmallow update, but the issue with the marshmallow update was patched.
