Exchange is using battery
Since the last upgrade I keep getting a notifaction on my home screen that says Exchange is using Battery?
How do I solve the problem, or at least get rid of the message?

Hi, @hidesertmusic,
We can help you with the notifications! Go into Settings>Apps and notifications>All apps>...>Show systems>Android system>App notifications. From here, you should see the Apps using battery toggle and can switch off notifications from there.
Have a great week!

I have this same problem. Last update and now Exchange is using battery (Icon shows Android System). I cannot find anything that shows EXCHANGE. I followed your links in the previous post, but they are different than what shows on my screen. Settings, General tab, Apps & notifications, (under this tab the choices are App info, Notifications, Default apps, App permissions and special access). If I click on Exchange on the home screen it opens up info on it (Disable is whited out and not a choice) Force Stop I have done many times. It opens a window that says the app may misbehave. I say okay and nothing happens. Still shows using battery and is not listed separately under apps.

Disregard. On the home screen I slowly slid my finger to open the app but it shows a timer and a settings icon. Clicked on icon and was able to shut off these notifications. Problem fixed.
