Enter Bootloader unlock code Moto X

I followed your instructions but I still can not unlock my device, please tell me a different method to enter the code because when you turn the device off and on the message to enter the code never appears. I'm sure you can do it remotely. Please help me. Thank you!

For the unlock, once the request is processed by the system the final steps would need to be completed on the phone. I would be more than happy to verify the code you have, so we can make sure to use the correct information.

are you trying to sim unlock the phone or bootloader unlock it. The latter is not possible on the ATT version
