Downloaded I downloaded an app MapMyRide removed it from the screen cannot find the app on m my phon

I am so sorry to read you are now missing an app from your screen and unable to locate it. I can definitely understand how this can be an issue for you. I would be more than happy to assist in locating it again.

There is a very good chance the app has not been permanently deleted from the device, but instead is within your apps list. Depending on the type of phone you have, please go to your home screen and then proceed to click the Apps icon.

From here, you will have a full list of all apps currently downloaded on the device. Depending on your phone type, the app may be listed automatically in alphabetical order or it may be located toward the end of the app list.

If the app is not located within the Apps section of the device, the next step I would recommend is removing it within the Google Play Store. After it’s been removed, please turn the device off for 10 – 15 seconds then power it back on. Once on, please visit the Play Store again to download the app. As soon as it’s been installed, an icon for the app will pop up on the home screen again.
