Good Afternoon @Janneyt!

Thank you for reaching out to us with your video resizing concerns.  I understand how clear video quality is important.  I would be happy to work with you.

Sending a video through text messaging is known as Multimedia Messaging Service.  This service allows capable devices to send a mix of photo, graphics, and videos to other capable devices.

Our network currently supports MMS up to 1MB. There are device limitations which may restrict messages to a smaller size before the picture can be sent.  If the videos being sent are too large, the device will resize the video causing distortion when received.

Reducing the size of the message before sending can help alleviate some distortion.  I am sending you a link to our Device Support Tool for instructions to reduce the size of the video.  Please select the make and model of your device then select the Tutorials tab.

If you need further assistance we are happy to help.  Have an awesome day!
