Device unlock canceled after confirmation
Hi, I am trying to unlock At&T Galaxy S7, after submitting the request, I received an email with a link to confirm within 24hrs. I clicked the link, and it said " Thank you for confirming your request"..... then the next day I received an email " We had to cancel your unlock request, it looks like you didn't confirm your request"
I tried this 3 times already, all have been canceled.
Please help.
