Denial of unlock request
My problem is that I bought a cell phone at & t through a purchase on the amazon page the cell phone said it was unlocked but I got blocked so I made a request through its page which was denied me but I read in the Page that took 24 hours to two days to respond to the request but I was denied immediately could you please help me to acquire an unlock code since I am from another country?

If you purchased an ATT phone it is locked out of the box. If the seller claimed it was unlocked, they were wrong and you should complain. There is a good chance it will not be unlocked.

After submitting request, you must verify your email within 24 hours. The email always arrives in minutes. Then you have to wait for code.
If you don't verify email, your request is canceled.
If request is denied, please post exactly waphat the message says

I received the email immediately and confirm it and as soon as I am going to see the status of the application it appears that it was denied and sorry it is waphat?
And in that case what can I do if it is denied immediately?

It would help if you stated WHY your unlock request was denied. That would help us point you in the right direction.

The truth did not give me any reason why it was denied only they denied the request and they did it in less than 5 minutes basically immediately

I understand your device unlock request was denied. The fact you did not get a reason why is rather perplexing. To take a look, I would need some additional information.
Please send a private message to @ATTCares. In this message, please include your full name, AT&T Wireless phone number, the phone you want to unlocked IMEI number of the phone you wish to unlock, and the email you received.
This way I will be able to take a closer look and find out what needs to be done to resolve the matter.
