Data not working

For the fourth time this month my data is going in and out. Contact me ASAP. Not a happy customer.

This is the community, not ATT.  No one will contact you based on a post here.  

If you are in an area of poor signal, there is nothing can be done.  Check signal strength on android phones in settings, about device, sim status, signal strength.  If the number is -115 to -122 you have almost no signal.   -100 to -115 is poor signal, but calls and data work.  Closer to zero is better.
