Cant view SMS messages with Samsung s4, click link in text message wont open
Customer service is BEYOND USELESS, 2 agents in a row didnt even know what SMS was SERIOUSLY.

Too vague...
Are you trying to open an MMS message and cannot? If so, you may want to check if your account is properly provisioned. Also, you'll want to confirm that you've an active data connection, not WiFi but cellular data.
