Cant update Samsung Galaxy S4 Active to 4.3
Ok 4.3 update is out for my Samsung Galaxy S4 Active and has been for nearly a month. Yet, whenever I go to settings>about device>software update, it keeps telling me my 4.2.2 is up to date. Do I have to wait till I get the automated update message before I am able to update? My frikken galaxy gear has been sitting around since Christmas and I'm still waiting to be able to use it. I've tried Samsung Kies as an alternative and get the message that my device's firmware version does not support update through Kies.

No one else is having problem updating their active to 4.3 ? Am I the only one ??
