What kind of phones are being used? Are you sending videos to AT&T or non-AT&T customers?
Picture and video messaging services require specific device and network requirements. We suggest logging in to AT&T Troubleshoot and Resolve to provide a customized messaging solution.

Hi, Pdenstedt,
We have information on quick fixes for photo and video attachments. Keep in mind that if the text uses more than 1MB then it isn't supported as that's the upper limit with us. If everything appears fine, then use our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Sign into your account for more personalized assistance and pick your device type. Under Select your issue and Service/network issues, click on Messaging and follow the steps provided.
