Cannot unlock home screen...the code to open the phone...not my Samsung account

I can't unlock my phone! I changed the password on the main screen and it isn't working. Cannot use my phone at all.

There should be an option to login with Google. If there isn't, then you may need to manually reset your device. To reset your device,

If your phone is on, turn it off.
Press and hold the Volume up button and the Power button at the same time until the device turns on. (Volume Up, Power, and Home Button.
Press the Volume down button to select "Recovery mode."
Use your Volume keys to navigate to "wipe data/factory reset"
Once the "wipe data/factory reset", tap the power button scroll down to "YES"
Your device will then factory reset.

If you've already signed into Google, you will most likely have all your data when you sign back in after configuring the device. If you have eligible AT&T Device, you will also get your recent texts back.
