Cannot unlock galaxy s6 edge with at&t unlock code
Hello,
I have a samsung galaxy s6 edge that im trying to unlock. At&t has provided me an unlock code but it does not work. How can i get this phone unlocked for use on t-mobile? I have a t-moble sim card(prepaid) sim.

If you haven't already, we recommend inserting the other carrier's SIM card into your phone prior to following the instructions for device unlock.

My samsung s6 is not prompting wgere to put the unlock code but prompting android.com.stopped processing
