Can u have two SIM cards too one number

I have my phone and a smart watch that requires a Sim card but I would like to have my phone number connected to my smart watch. So my phone calls a texts go to my smart watch. I know there is something called numbersync but it says nothing about having two SIM cards with the same number.

Number sync does not allow 2 sim cards to have the same number.  The smart watch has its own number and is a data only device.  It is only with the number sync program that calls and text can be synced between the devices.  The closest analogy I can think of is ‘call forwarding’.
