Can't uninstall app

I have a LG g4 and I can't uninstall the eBay app that I installed. When I try it turns on to the at&t start up page like I turned the phone on.

If you installed the ebay app from Google Playstore, there is another option to uninstall. Go to Google Playstore, search for ebay. Once you are there, there should be option to uninstall.

How are you trying to uninstall it?

I would do it under settings - applications then scroll down to the Ebay app and do it from there.

I tried that way too... I'd want the app but when I try to open it it tells
me ebay has stopped and when I try to uninstall it goes to the AT&T start
up screen
