Can't receive live message
I have a Samsung note 8 and my live message works for me to send but my friend send my back one and I did not receive it but she received mine we tried it multiple times and it still doesn't work.. can anyone help with this?

I’m glad to hear you’re exploring the features of your new Note8! I’d like to look into this issue of not being able to receive your friends Live Messages.
To start, I’d like you to try the following, this is a short process I’ve seen work to clear multiple texting issues.
1. Delete her contact in your device
2. Delete the messaging thread
3. Power Cycle your device
4. Re-add her to your contacts list
5. Attempt new text / live message
