I am having the same problem! People who call me that are in my contacts are just coming up with the phone number, so if I don't know the # by heart I have no idea who's calling me. I need help fixing this like it was yesterday.

I sent it through email but just in case no I haven't received a reply. I have too many contacts with the position I hold so I will probably go to At&t today

Go to settings
Select apps
Scroll to call protestant
Disable this app
It worked for me
