Battery
Battery drains too fast I even did a factory reset on it I've only had this phone for 3 months

Having a rapidly depleting battery is definitely a cause for concern; especially, when you haven't had it for a long period of time. I would be more than happy to assist you with getting this resolved.
I recommend our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool; it’s like having a technical support agent right beside you! With this tool, pick your device then go to Battery under Device/software issues. Once all the questions are answered, you will be provided with a resolution.
If this doesn’t work, I would suggest looking into replacement options. If you have a non-removable battery, the next best step would be a warranty or insurance replacement.
