The AXIA phone will not let me swipe to unlock
My mother has an AXIA phone and it will not let me swipe to unlock. When I touch something on the screen it is a voice telling me what it is that I tapped.

We'd love to help with this. Press and hold the Power/Lock button, then select Restart. If you're still having issues with the screen after, try the AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Click on Screen under Device/software issues and follow the steps provided. Let us know if this helps.
