Att blackberry Priv security won' t update.

I have a ATT Blackberry Priv that is unlocked and won't update the security patch. The last update failed and stuck on the Feb 1, 2016 update. I reset the phone and still no updates. Any ideas?

The newest build number is AAE599 and was released May the 10th.
 
Please keep in mind you’ll need to have AT&T service and be in the AT&T network area to receive the update.
 
If this is the case and you’re still not able to install the update even after the factory reset, please private message  me and provide your name, the error you’re receiving when attempting an update and a good contact number.
