Att axia

My phone keeps powering on and off on its own. It is fully charged and is only 2 days old.

Re: Att axia

Good morning @Gmwljw,

Allow us to lend a helping hand. When turning the phone back on is the battery still fully charged? How long are you able to use your phone before it dies? Thank you.

Re: Att axia

Thanks for your reply @Gmwljw!

Are you able to remove the battery, re-insert and then power on the device? Have you tried a different charger to test the cellphone's response? What device brand/model your are currently using?

Re: Att axia

Hi @Gmwljw,

Thank you for letting us know. If you are unable to remove the battery, we encourage you to use our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool for some basic options. You'll need to select your device to begin. Then, you can select Power and battery beneath Device/software issues. The steps will run you through a series of checks, to see what may be causing this issue with your device. Please let us know if this helps!

Re: Att axia

Hello, @Gmwljw,

We'd love to help with this. You'll want to see if your device is covered by insurance or warranty. If you picked up the Axia in a store, you may need to return to the store if it's covered by warranty. If you have insurance on the device, you'll need to call Asurion at 888.562.8662.

Have a great week!
